Angled Multiunit Unique Features
All DESS Angled Multiunits have a complete connection that engages into the implant. The screw enters the down the middle of the Angled Multiunit, then at an angle. The Angled Multiunits that require the screw to enter at an angle are missing between 30-40% of the engaging connection.
In addition, the top of the Angled Multiunit has a maximum amount of threads to provide a more secure connection for the small multiunit screws.
